ENROLLMENT OPTIONS

For SY 2026-2027, interested parties may choose from either REMOTE or FACE-TO-FACE ENROLLMENT at TOP TOTS ACADEMY. The process of Remote Enrollment offers convenience for busy parents and guardians, while Face-to-Face Enrollment allows them to see the school grounds and meet some staff members that are on duty. For FACE-TO-FACE ENROLLMENT, please set an appointment with us through our given contact information. You can also visit the school campus during our mandated visiting hours indicated in the Enrollment Schedule above. Please take note that we are closed during weekends.

ENROLLMENT PROCESS

REMOTE ENROLLMENT

1. Download and fill out the Student Information Form and Student Application Form. Links can also be found below under REQUIREMENTS FOR ADMISSION. Please scan the filled-out forms so it can be submitted via e-mail.

2. Collect and scan all required documents for enrollment:

a. Scanned 1x1 ID picture of your child

b. Scanned copy of your child’s Birth Certificate (original/CTC)

c. Scanned copy of your child’s vaccination records (original) or scanned medical certificate issued and signed by your child’s pediatrician*

d. Scanned copy of past progress reports (eg. narratives, checklists, report cards, etc.) if transferring from a different school

3. Prepare proof of tuition payment. Payment details can be found below. We will accept the following as proof of payment:

a. Official school receipt

b. Scanned copy of bank deposit payment (original)

c. Fund transfer confirmation

4. Send the listed requirements in nos. 1, 2 and 3 in one e-mail to admin@toptotsacademy.com. The title of the email should have the following format: ENROLLMENT (CHILD’S SURNAME), (CHILD’S FIRST NAME)

5. Please submit 3 pcs. 1x1 ID picture when you bring your child to school.

FACE-TO-FACE ENROLLMENT

1. Download and fill out the Student Information Form and Student Application Form. Links can also be found below under REQUIREMENTS FOR ADMISSION.

2. Prepare all required documents for enrollment:

a. Child’s 3 pieces 1x1 ID picture (3 pieces)

b. Photocopy of child’s original Birth Certificate (original/CTC)

c. Photocopy of your child’s vaccination records or original medical certificate issued and signed by your child’s pediatrician

d. Photocopy of past progress reports (eg. narratives, checklists, report cards, etc.) if transferring from a different school

3. Prepare tuition payment. Payment during face-to-face enrollment may be in cash or check. You may also submit proof of fund transfer payment or original bank deposit slip as proof of payment.

4. Visit Top Tots Academy school campus during our Visiting Hours to submit #s 1, 2 and 3 to finalize your child’s enrollment.

 

REQUIREMENTS FOR ADMISSION

1. The child must be between 1.10 to 5.11 years old to be eligible for enrollment

2. A trial class (for Nursery and Pre-Kinder applicants) or child assessment (for Kinder applicants) with the school administrator

3. Completely filled-up REGISTRATION  and APPLICATION FORMS: Download Link

4. Three (3) pieces 1x1 ID picture of the child (physical copy)

5. Photocopy of the child’s birth certificate

6. Photocopy of the child’s vaccination records* or a medical certificate issued and signed by the child’s Pediatrician

7. Photocopy of past progress reports (eg. narratives, checklists, report cards, etc.) if transferring from a different school

1. Meningo Vaccine

2. Japanese Encephalitis Vaccine

3. PCV 13 / PPSV23 Booster

4. Yearly Flu Vaccine

5. MMR Booster

6. Varicella Booster

7. Typhoid Fever Vaccine

8. For 4 yrs. Old and above: DTAP Booster

9. For 5 yrs. Old and above: COVID-19 Vaccine

For SY 2025-2026, we highly encourage all interested parties to practice REMOTE ENROLLMENT at TOP TOTS ACADEMY. The process of Remote Enrollment will ensure continued social distancing measures and recommended health standards, as well as convenience for busy parents and guardians.

However, parents can still practice FACE-TO-FACE ENROLLMENT by making an appointment with us through our given contact information. You can also visit the school campus during our mandated visiting hours.
